1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and slybet ("Platform", "we", "Company") regarding the use of slybet.app and all services provided under the slybet brand.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on slybet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including full name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Setting a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Notifying Slybet immediately if any unauthorized access to your account occurs.
• Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process when requested, by submitting valid identity verification documents.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Slybet will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account credentials due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the slybet platform are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. We support a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods that may be added from time to time.

Regarding deposits:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules & Betting

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via your original payment method.

For members who choose to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, the process is permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed until that period has ended.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, slybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Slybet makes no warranty that:

• The platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors.

Slybet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
